Rich tributes paid to late Lulu Mohapatra on his 58th birth anniversary

Bhubaneswar, Feb 14: On the occasion of 58th birth anniversary, rich tribute was paid to youth icon, leader, late Lalatendu Bidyadhar Mohapatra, popularly known as Lulu Mohapatra today by his friends and followers. A State wide blood donation camp was being organised by his close friend, entrepreneur and social worker Amiya Kanta Das. This mega blood donation camp was inaugurated by Honourable Chief Guest Debashis Samantray, former MLA at Institute of Engineers, Bhubaneswar. Remembering Lulu Bhai, Amiya Kanta Das, said, today we are observing the 58th birth anniversary of Late Lalatendu Bidyadhar Mohapatra our beloved Lulu Bhai, the charismatic leader who was popular among the youth across Odisha. Lulu Bhai was a leader who always fought for the rights of students and youth. He was a vibrant leader from Odisha who was a mentor to many student and youth leaders across the State. Remembering him we have organised this state wide blood donation camps in all districts of the state. For me this is the best way to remember such a person who always stood for others. Renowned journalists, social workers, educationalists from different corners of the state were honoured on this occasion for their contribution to the society. Many youth volunteers participated in this blood donation camps and more than 1000 units of blood were collected across the state.
