They have carved out a pastry-art replica of Modi’s portrait with using 70-kg choco and intricating the best of their excellence.
Diploma students in baking and pastry arts stream of the Club Chocolate, Bhubaneswar unit have sculpted the made-in chocolate replica of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to mark his birthday coming shortly.
The model contains 55 kg of dark chocolate and 15 kg of white chocolate, to make the statue like pastry art.
As many as 15 students led by Rakesh Kumar Sahu and Ranjan Parida made an all out effort of 7days & nights to make it possible.
The significance of the miniature replica is, it demonstrates some of the visions of the PM and his key achievements, for the sake of nation.
Operation Sindoor, that recently proved Modi’s indomitable feat against Pak-backed terrorism, is apparently sketched out alongside the miniature statue, moulded out of the choco-pulp.
