Bidusmita bags gold in Commonwealth Weightlifting

Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s another women lifter Bidusmita Bhoi clinched gold medal in the junior women’s 63kg Category and created a new Jerk record in the 30th Commonwealth Weightlifting Championship in Ahmedabad, Gujarat on Wednesday.

She lifted a total of 204kg including 89kg in snatch and 115 kg clean and jerk and created a new record in the clean and jerk.
