New Delhi, May 14: Indian celebrities continued to make a strong presence at the 79th edition of the Cannes Film Festival in France, with actress Urvashi Rautela turning heads on the red carpet with her glamorous appearance.

The prestigious film festival, which began on May 12, will continue till May 23. On the opening day, apart from Bollywood star Alia Bhatt, Urvashi also walked the red carpet in a striking silver gown adorned with heavy embroidery and crystal work.

The outfit was designed by Vietnamese fashion house JoliPoli Couture, renowned for its fantasy-inspired couture creations and elaborate red-carpet designs. The gown featured thousands of crystals and embellishments that shimmered like diamonds under the spotlight.

Adding to the royal appeal of her look, Urvashi paired the gown with a crown, drawing significant attention from fashion enthusiasts and fans alike.

This marks Urvashi’s fifth appearance at the Cannes Film Festival. She was last seen in the 2025 film Daaku Maharaaj alongside Nandamuri Balakrishna and Bobby Deol.
