Bhubaneswar, Aug 14: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Wednesday participated in the Tiranga Yatra in Bhubaneswar. CM Majhi, accompanied by Deputy CM Pravati Parida, BJP state president Samir Mohanty, Ekamra MLA Babu singh particiapted the Yatra commenced from Lingaraj Temple.
Chief Minister Majhi urged the people of Odisha to participate in the "Har Ghar Tiranga" campaign, as requested by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The campaign aims to enhance the nation's sense of pride and connection to the national flag. CM Majhi encouraged all residents to hoist the national flag at their homes and share their selfies as part of this initiative. The 'Tiranga Yatra' is a key component of the 'Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan,' a nationwide effort launched by Prime Minister Modi to foster nationalism by encouraging citizens to display the flag prominently at home.
