Cuttack, July 12: Two crew members of CRUT managed AmaBus ,were suspended on Saturday for violently assaulting a passenger in full public view.
CRUT authorities swung to action following the video featuring the inhumane act of the AmaBus Captain and guide’s inhumane act set social media on fire.
The incident, which occurred on Friday reignited public sentiments over the atrocity of the bus Captain and Guide, and multiple responses poured in demanding stern action against the offenders.
According to report, the incident reportedly took place on CRUT’s Ama Bus Route No. 19.
In response to the viral social media post on X, the CRUT put the offenders under suspension and ordered a thorough probe into the matter.
The situation further took an ugly turn when, the concerned staffers did not spare even a woman passenger who raised voice against their ill behavior towards a commuter.
The video recorded at the Pahala bus stop was shared by a fellow passenger that revealed the passenger’s ordeal.
