Bhubaneswar, Dec 30: There is no possibility of a change of guard in the Odisha Congress ahead of the election. Under the leadership of PCC President Sarat Pattanayak, the party will fight for the coming election. The newly appointed AICC in-charge Dr. Ajoy Kumar has informed to the Prameya news.
Recently, Dr. Ajay Kumar has taken charge as the new in-charge of Odisha Congress.
Dr. Ajoy Kumar said that the Odisha Congress would adopt the Telangana model in the forthcoming election in the state. The Congress workers would be mobilized at the block level to strengthen the party. Efforts will be made to bring back the Congress leaders who left the party, he said
He also added, “Congress is our mother. Son must serve the mother if the mother is not well. There are plans to hold a meeting in Odisha very soon".
Similarly, Dr, Ajoy Kumar will come on a two day visit to Odisha on January 6. He will first go to Shree Jagannath temple at Puri for darshan and then meet the party workers at Congress Bhaban in Bhubaneswar
