Bhubaneswar, Nov 19: The political drama has already unfolded in the Loisingha constituency of Bolangir district. The aspirants of different political parties have been distributing various kinds of goods to woo the voters. Taking plea of festivals like Dussehra, Diwali, Nuakhai, and others, they have given low-quality sarees as a gift to various self-help groups-(SHG) that goes viral. It has been seven days since two videos and one audio have gone viral
Looking at the standard of the sarees which have gone viral on social media, a woman says, " Many women have been given a lungi instead of a saree. Who will wear such a lungi? " She wonders, " This is nothing but making a fool of self help group (SHG) mothers." Similarly, in another video a dhoti like thing is shown. The protesting woman shown in the video is said to be a secretary of a SHG,
Some voters have raised questions about the quality of material given by the leaders.
It is not clear how old such audio and videos are and which region they belong to. But It appears to be from the Loisingha constituency.
