The Biju Janata Dal (BJD)'s manifesto outlines a comprehensive development plan across various sectors.
Notably, the BJD has promised zero electricity bills for households using up to 100 units and a 50% subsidy for those consuming 100 to 150 units.
Extending the BSKY scheme to cover more people, including government employees, is another advantage for the BJD.
Additionally, providing pensions to Mission Shakti's Women Self-Help Groups could garner female voters’ support.
