Bhubaneswar, Sept 3: The Odisha government braces up to launch the Subhadra Yojana, crafted for women empowerment which is scheduled at Janata Maidan in Bhubaneswar on September 17.
In view of a magnificient launching ceremony of the Subhadra Yojna, a State Level Management Committee chaired by Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja, reviewed the status of preparedness for the program on Tuesday.
The committee emphasized to ensure smooth execution of the program where the PM is going to join as the chief guest. Principal Secretary, Women and Child Development Department, Shubha Sharma, presented the status of the ongoing preparations before the committee.
The Chief Secretary emphasized the need for coordination and cooperation among sub-committees for successful crowd management on the occasion.
The committee also discussed various aspects, including venue preparation, finalising parking places, traffic management, transportati on, pass distribution, and media management.
Worth mentioning, the SOPs, Application Format and dedicated Web Portal for the Subhadra Yojna have been earlier launched. The application process and submission for Subhadra Yojana is going to begin from September 4.
