Cuttack, Oct 27: The Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) announced in a notice on Thursday that the registration for patrons, and commercial spaces for businesses, institutions, and individuals will take place from October 30 to November 3. The leasing process will then occur from November 11 to November 15.
For premium patrons, the allocated space will range from 5,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft, while gold patrons will receive spaces ranging from 1,000 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft.

The CMC stated, "Spaces for businesses, institutions, and individuals at the annual fair will be available for lease. Each individual, businessman, or institution may be allotted a maximum of three plots, each measuring less than 1,000 sq ft."
Registrants must pay a fee of Rs 5,000 and register their names between 11 am and 5 pm from November 4 to November 10. The lease cost is determined by a minimum of Rs 50 per sq ft of the space being leased.
For rides and other amusement spaces, the minimum registration fee is set at Rs 25,000. The lease process for this category will run from November 16 to November 17. The registration fee for temporary and similar businesses is fixed at Rs 1,000. All payments are to be made online through the websites www.baliyatra.org and Cuttack.nic.in.
The CMC emphasized that subleasing of the plots will not be allowed, and hefty penalties will be imposed on anyone who violates this rule.
The Bali Yatra event is scheduled to take place on both the upper and lower Bali Jatra grounds from November 27 to December 4 this year.
