Boudh, Dec 4: The office of the Collector and District Magistrate in Odisha’s Boudh district has issued a notification inviting applications for the recruitment of Lady Matrons and Junior Lady Matrons.
Total number of vacancies: 3
Eligibility criteria:
- Should be widow/divorcee / single member family women / married women candidates of ST/SC/SEBC category of Boudh district only.
- Should be 35 years and above as on January 1, 2023.
- Should be married.
Employment type:
Engagement is purely on a contractual basis for one year at a time subject to renewal at the end of year upon satisfactory performance.
Salary:
Monthly remuneration of Rs 10,000/- with free boarding, lodging and medical facilities as applicable to boarders.
How to apply:
Interested candidates shall apply only through offline application mode. The application should be superscribed as "Application for the post of Lady Matron/Jr.Lady Matron" on the top of the envelope.
The last date of receipt of application in the Office of the District Welfare Officer, Boudh is on December 16, 2023 till 5.30 PM through Registered/Speed Post only.
Selection procedure:
Selection will be done based on marks secured in graduation. Relevant past experience and desirable qualifications will also be taken into consideration.
First preference will be given to the STs and if not available, second preference to the SCs and third preference will be given to the SEBC if candidates will not be available from ST or SC categories.
