Puri, July 2: The world-famous Rath Yatra in Odisha’s Puri has begun on July 1. The nine-day annual sojourn of Lord Jagannath and his siblings will conclude on July 12 during which various significant rituals will be performed. Know the details of the rituals scheduled during the festival right here……. 1st July 2022 (Friday): Rath Yatra commences on this day. Lord Jagannath and his siblings start their journey toward the Gundicha temple. 8th July 2022: Sandhya Darshan or Navami Darshan or Adap Mandap Darshan. 9th July 2022 (Saturday): Bahuda Yatra (The deities return back to their home). 10th July 2022 (Sunday): Sunabesa (The three deities are bedecked in golden attire on the chariots) 11th July 2022 (Monday): Aadhar Pana (A ritual during which a special drink is offered to the holy chariots). 12th July 2022 (Tuesday): Niladri Bije, a special ritual is performed at the end of the Rath Yatra.
