INOX set to reopen cinemas and welcome movie lovers in Odisha

Bhubaneswar, August 18: India’s leading multiplex chain, INOX Leisure Ltd is all set to welcome its movie lovers. INOX BMC Bhawani Mall will start screening films from August 18 and INOX DN Regalia from August 19. Other Odisha properties will reopen gradually as per their operational readiness. As per government guidelines, all adults shall be required to produce final vaccination certificate in order to enter cinemas in Bhubaneswar. Besides making sure that the cinemas will be operated by a 100% vaccinated team, INOX is adhering to each and every instruction as prescribed in the notifications issued by the State Governments. “We have curated a hygiene initiative called #SafetyFirst, which is a convergence of the measures prescribed by the Government authorities and additional measures implemented by us. Besides following the prescribed seating restrictions, the cinemas will be frequently deep cleaned and disinfection of all customer touchpoints including entrance, Box Office, lobbies, auditorium, F&B counters, restrooms and exit gates will be carried out,” informed INOX Leisure. In an endeavor to provide enhanced hygiene, the protocols like mandatory mask, temperature checks, e-tickets, contactless payment & entry and enhanced intake of fresh air have also been implemented. INOX aims to make the entire cinema-viewing experience digitally enabled and touch-free, we have encouraged the use of e-tickets, and even the guests walking in at the counters before the movie will be issued e-tickets. Keeping in mind the need for getting together in a safe and secure ambience, while maintaining social distancing, INOX will offer private screenings for smaller groups of friends and families, wherein we pamper the guests with our signature hospitality while screening a movie of their choice, it said. This exclusively curated experience may be availed by the guests at the date and time of their choice, at any of the operational INOX cinemas across the country. To make it more memorable affair, INOX would allow the guests making the booking to choose the content of their choice, either from the current play list, or an old blockbuster.
