Sports and tournament is the easiest way to connect with the people in this sports-loving district. So the leaders are even not skipping the village-level tournaments.
BJD MLA from Rourkela and Minister Sarada Prasad Nayak have been touring around the district, attending tournaments. He has been spending more time in the playground and mingling with young voters. ,
