One killed, another critical as trucks collide on NH-16 in Odisha

Khordha, Sept 5: One person was killed and another critically injured in a truck collision near Pathanbandh on National Highway No. 16 in Tangi, Khordha district early Thursday morning.
The deceased has yet to be identified, but the critically injured is Brij Kishore Giri, the driver of one of the trucks involved.
According to reports, the accident occurred when a speeding truck crashed into a stationary truck parked at the roadside. The helper of the parked truck died at the scene, while the driver of the speeding truck sustained severe injuries.
Being informed, police reached the spot and started investigation into the matter.
