
Bhubaneswar,Oct 6: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi is leaving for New Delhi on Sunday on a 3-day visit.
Majhi accompanied by some key officials of the Odisha CMO will leave the Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA) for New Delhi at about 8PM.
The CMO sources said, Majhi is scheduled to share a meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah and National Security Advisor(NSA) Ajit Doval on containing Left Wing Extremism (LWE) activities acoss the nation.
Worth mentioning, Union Home Minister Shah will chair the high-level meeting of at least 8 Chief Ministers and Home Ministers from Maoist-affected states tomorrow in New Delhi.
Apart from the meeting relating the national security issues, Odisha CM Majhi has some other appointments in the national capital, Among others,the Chief Minister might meet some national leadership of BJP in view of accelerating party’s membership drive.
