Bhubaneswar, June 17: The 'Amala Sangha' in Odisha which was on an indefinite strike from June 1, put its agitation on hold on Saturday.
The development came after the Principal Secretary to the CM & 5T discussed it with the delegates of the association in the evening.
Worth mentioning, Demanding a raise of Rs 4200 from the present grade pay of Rs 1900 along with a number of demands, the association was undergoing a mass strike from June 1.
As the key personnel of the offices were on mass leave, the official works in all the districts were affected.
