Bhubaneswar, July 22: Babu Singh, the newly elected BJP MLA from Bhubaneswar Ekamra, is indeed making waves with his unique approach to politics. By choosing not to mention his name on the inaugural plaques of new projects, he is emphasizing that his focus is on development rather than personal recognition. This approach is quite refreshing in a political landscape where many seek name and fame.
Recently, Singh along with BMC Mayor Sulacahna Das and local corporators inaugurated several projects in the Bhubaneswar Ekamra assembly area, including laying the foundation stone for a CC road in Sundarpada village, a project costing about Rs 1.5 crore.
During the event, he reiterated his commitment to fulfilling the promises made before the general election and prioritizing the needs of his constituents.
Newly-elected Bhubaneswar Ekamra MLA Singh said “People of this constituency have elected me to serve them in every respect. During the election we have made so many promises. Now it is time to deliver. So, we will do our duty with full commitment”
Singh has been elected first time from Bhubaneswar Ekamra Assembly constituency by defeating BJD’s veteran Ashok Panda with huge margin in 2024 election.
