Bhawanipatna, May 27: Kanak Jain, a native of Kesinga in Kalahandi district, has brought laurels to the region by securing the 4th rank in the Odisha Civil Services Examination 2024 conducted by the Odisha Public Service Commission.
The declaration of the final examination results sparked celebrations across Kesinga and other parts of Kalahandi district, with people expressing happiness and pride over her remarkable achievement.
Kanak is the daughter of Santosh Jain and Namita Jain of Gaurishankar Mandir Lane in Kesinga town. According to family members, she began her primary education at Dronacharya School before moving outside Odisha for higher studies and continuing her preparation for the civil services.
Through hard work, dedication and determination, she successfully cleared the Odisha Civil Services Examination with an impressive state rank.
Following the announcement of the results, congratulatory messages poured in from different quarters. Residents said Kanak’s success would inspire many students from the region to pursue their dreams and excel in competitive examinations.
