Bhubaneswar, Aug 16: In a shocking incident, an elderly woman was found dead while her daughter-in-law sustained grievous injuries and was seen lying unconscious inside her house in the Khandagiri Bari area under Bharatpur Police Limits on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar.
The deceased was identified as Mada Palai.
Sources said, the deceased’s son spotted duo and informed the police in this regard.

Being informed, a team from Bharatpur Police Station reached the spot and found the elderly woman dead and her daughter-in-law in an unconscious state. The police admitted the daughter-in-law to a local government hospital.
Further investigation is underway to find out the actual reason behind the gruesome murder.
