Raipur, October 19: In a remarkable success story, ten tribal youths from a remote village in Chhattisgarh have cleared the SSC and state police constable examinations after receiving two years of coaching from the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) battalion stationed in the region for anti-Naxal operations.
This inspiring achievement comes from the Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki district, located in the southwestern part of Chhattisgarh, which borders Maharashtra. According to officials, the region, plagued by Naxal insurgency, is adjacent to the Gadchiroli district of Maharashtra and shares boundaries with the Left Wing Extremism-affected districts of Rajnandgaon, Bastar, and Kanker in Chhattisgarh.
The ITBP, which has been actively involved in combating Naxal violence, also took on the responsibility of training these youths, offering them invaluable guidance and preparation for the exams. Their success highlights the impact of focused support and dedication in empowering individuals from difficult backgrounds to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
