Keonjhar, Sep 9: In an unfortunate incident, a woman with her minor daughter died of snake bite in Odisha’s Keonjhar district.
The deceased has been identified as Sukhmani Munda and her two year old daughter of Marusuan Rugudi Sahi under Banshapala block of the district.
According to the information, the incident occurred while Sukhmani was fast asleep with her daughter. While the kid died after some time of snake bite, Sukhmani was rushed to Banshapala Community center where doctor declared her dead.
Being informed, Nayakote police reached the spot and started investigation into the incident.
