UPSC Civil Services 2024 final results declared: Shakti Dubey secures top rank

New Delhi, April 22: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the final results of the Civil Services Examination 2024, with Shakti Dubey securing the top rank.
Candidates can view their results on the official websites — upsc.gov.in and upsconline.gov.in.
A total of 1,009 candidates have been recommended for appointment based on their performance in the mains examination, which includes both the written test and the personal interview.
The category-wise breakup is as follows:
General: 335 candidates
EWS (Economically Weaker Section): 109 candidates
SC (Scheduled Caste): 160 candidates
ST (Scheduled Tribe): 87 candidates.
Shakti Dubey has secured the top rank in the UPSC Civil Service Examination.

A total of 1,009 candidates have been selected for appointment to prestigious services including the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and various Group 'A' and Group 'B' Central Services. These selections span multiple categories.
The UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2024 was held on June 16, followed by the Main Examination, which took place from September 20 to September 29, 2024. The final phase, the Personality Test (Interview), was conducted between January 7 and April 17, 2025.
