Pangi(Himachal), May 31: In a tragic incident, at least 8 people were killed in Himachal Pradesh on Sunday in a furious road mishap.

The incident took place at Pangi under the Chamba district in the afternoon after a taxi filled with passengers fell into a deep gorge.

According to HP Police and savior's account, eight people, including a driver, were killed after a taxi carrying tourists fell into a 500-meter-deep gorge near Kalawan on the Bairagarh-Pangi-Sach Pass road in Pangi, Chamba district.

Rescue operation is underway in presence of the district admin and police.
