Rahul Gandhi to visit Odisha in July: OPCC president

Bhubaneswar, June 19: Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha and senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi would visit Odisha in the second week of July to address a public meeting in Bhubaneswar.
Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) president Bhakta Charan Das on Thursday said Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge would visit the state along with Gandhi.
Both senior Congress leaders would address a public meeting in Bhubaneswar, Das said.
Gandhi and Kharge will take part in a party programme focused on opposing violence against women, he said.
The OPCC president, however, informed that the detailed itinerary of the visit will be announced soon.
