Paris, Aug 30: After Indian shooters won three Bronze medals in Paris Olympics recently, the same performance seems to be on cards in the ongoing Paris Paralympics 2024 as well.
On Friday, Indian women shooters Avani Lekhara and Mona Agarwal booked their spots in women’s 10m air rifle standing SH1 final.
Reigning Paralympic champion, Avani finished second with a score of 625.8, while Mona took the fifth place with 623.1 in the qualification round. Out of 17 shooters, top eight qualified for the final.
