Bhubaneswar, May 13: Around 52.91% of the total votes have been cast across four Lok Sabha and 28 Assembly Constituencies in Odisha till 3.00 PM during the first phase of elections.
As per the official report, Nuapada Assembly Constituency recorded highest voter turnout at 58.28% followed by Chhatrapur (41.68%), Ganjam (44.39%), Kalahandi (57%), Koraput (57.23%), Malkangiri (53.64%), Nabarangpur (56.76%), Rayagada (53. 60%) by 3 PM.
The voting process remained peaceful, with no reported incidents of disturbance or unrest at any polling stations, said Election Commission officials.
