Bhubaneswar, Sept 28: The Odisha Cabinet on Saturday approved the ‘Data Dissemination Policy of Official Statistics, 2024’ for the Directorate of Economics & Statistics (DE&S) under the Planning & Convergence Department.
The Data Dissemination Policy of Official Statistics in respect of DE&S, Odisha will provide a framework for dissemination of statistical data/products of the DE&S, Odisha and facilitate release of official statistics regularly.
The policy will enhance the quality of data and user engagement thereby promoting informed decision making by the policy makers, planners, researchers,said a press release.
