Bengaluru, April 15: Despite all the tall claims about Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) every season, they somehow have not won the Indian Premier League (IPL) title even once in the last 16 editions.
They had been to play-offs and finals, but somehow the trophy continues to elude them. This year as RCB women won the Women's Premier League (WPL) 2024, many believed their men could end their title drought in 2024.
But as of now, RCB men are languishing at the bottom of the points table. Can they make a comeback and win their maiden IPL title? Not impossible, but not easy either.
On Monday, at their home turf at Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, RCB will play Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in match 30 of IPL 2024.
Two times champions Hyderabad franchise (earlier Deccan Chargers) have been rather consistent than RCB this season so far.
The two teams previously met 22 times in the tournament with SRH holding a slight advantage.
