Bhubaneswar, May 15: The book titled “Emerging Paradigms of District Administration in India”, authored by senior bureaucrat Shri Karunakar Patnaik, and was formally released at Bharati Vidya Bhavan, Bhubaneswar.

The book launch ceremony was graced by eminent dignitaries, including former Union Minister Shri Panchanan Kanungo as the chief guest, former Chief Secretary of Odisha Shri Sahadev Sahu as the keynote speaker, and retired State Election Commissioner Shri Sanjib Chandra.

During the event, Shri Karunakar Patnaik presented an in-depth overview of the book, highlighting new perspectives and challenges in district administration across India. The dignitaries appreciated the author’s efforts in providing a comprehensive analysis of administrative reforms and contemporary governance practices.

The ceremony concluded with Dr. Ashwini Kumar Tiwari extending formal vote of thanks, acknowledging the contributions of all the attendees and organizers in making the event a success.
