Bhubaneswar, Feb 24: A team from the Delhi Police executed a raid on an apartment located in the Laxmi Sagar area of Bhubaneswar, apprehending an IT professional.
The accused has been identified as Prabhat Patra, a resident Laxmi Sagar locality. Sources said, Prabhat, working as an IT professional, operating an office in Bhubaneswar and stands accused of hacking into a government website. The raids and subsequent detainment of Prabhat were conducted with the help of Laxmi Sagar police. The police recovered a computer and mobile phone from Patra which are being verified for confirmation of cybercrime.
