Bhubaneswar, October 30: The Odisha Government on Friday effected a major reshuffle of 42 OAS officers, with changes in field-level and mid-to-senior secretariat level postings.

According to a General Administration and Public Grievances Department notification, Bidhan Chandra Ray, OAS (SS), Special Secretary, Commerce & Transport Department has been appointed as the Special Secretary, Fisheries & Animal Resources Development Department.

Prabeer Kumar Nayak. OAS (SAG), Additional Commissioner, Additional Revisional Court, Bhubaneswar under the Member, Board of Revenue, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government. Commerce & Transport Department.
