As part of the nationwide drive - from September 17 to October 10 - dedicated efforts were undertaken by AAI officials, frontline staff and airport stakeholders to strengthen passenger services, improve essential amenities and make every Yatri’s journey smoother, more convenient and welcoming throughout the campaign.

From cleanliness and hygiene initiatives to accessibility checks, passenger assistance, drinking-water facilities, signage, flight information systems and digital services, the campaign focused on reviewing key passenger touchpoints and identifying opportunities for improvement. Special attention was also given to passenger feedback, grievance redressal and the timely resolution of service-related observations, said Pradhan.
