Bhubaneswar, August 11: A minor boy has gone missing from Pandapark Basti under Chandrasekharpur police station in Bhubaneswar, with no information about his whereabouts even four days after his family lodged a complaint.

The missing boy has been identified as Dhabaleswar. His family, originally from Kabisuryanagar in Ganjam district, has been living in a rented house at Pandapark Basti for several years.

According to the family, Dhabaleswar had gone to his father, who was on duty as a security guard, to deliver his lunch tiffin four days ago. He then returned home. However, when his parents came back from work later in the day, they found him missing.

His father subsequently lodged a complaint at the Chandrasekharpur police station. Despite four days having passed, the family has reportedly received no information about the boy's whereabouts.

Dhabaleswar's father suspects that his son may have been kidnapped. The distraught parents have been searching for him across the area, carrying his photograph and asking people if they have seen him.

The family is now desperately waiting for Dhabaleswar to return home safely.
