Delhi, June 28: Indian IAF Group Captain, now in the space, Subhanshu Shukla on Saturday talked to PM Modi from the ISS.
During his interaction with the PM, Shukla said that all is well in the ISS wherein he is working out on his mission.
In a message for Indians, he urged the youths to fly beyond the sky, not limiting their dreams within the horizons.
Amid the talk, Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla of the Indian Air Force who is now in the ISS and preparing his ways for the Chandrayan Mission, about his achievements and woes.
During the video interaction, the PM enquired of the wellbeing of the Indian group astronaut and wished him all success throughout the mission.
"Today, you are away from our motherland, and moving with a speed of around 28,000 KM/hr. However, you are the closest to the hearts of Indians, as you will bring nes possibilities for India which will pave way to get an Indian Space Station”, Modi said.
On the other hand, Sukla asserted to fulfil the dreams and aspirations of every Indians, implementing his knowledge, experience and training, what he will gain during his 14-day sojourn in the ISS.
Earlier, Shukla said, "Jai Hind Bharat" after entering the ISS.
Worth mentioning, Shukla is onboard the Axiom-4 in the ISS, to gathering significant features regarding the skies, which in the long run will be instrumental for India’s captive Space Station and robust Chandrayan mission.
