Starting at DAV Public School in Berhampur, Puja later earned her electrical engineering degree from VSSUT in Burla. She advanced her education with an MBA from SDA Bocconi Asia Center before entering corporate life. Despite securing a stable position, her desire to establish her own company persisted. She kept a diary since her school days detailing her goal of business ownership. She simply waited for optimal timing and opportunities to make her leap.

Building Tattva from scratch

Conversations with Prabhunath Singh on June 7, 2026, gave her initial concept a concrete shape. Saurabh Soni officially backed the project as an investor on June 13. By June 14, her dedicated team started intensive research on market strategy, sourcing, and branding.

Establishing a new operation in a highly competitive market brought distinct procurement and design obstacles. Mentor Arun Ashan and technology advisor Varun Chandrasekhar guided the young founder through these initial growing pains. They helped secure reliable suppliers and navigate early product hurdles. For Puja, bringing a long-held diary entry into physical reality meant more than just selling items.

Tattva successfully entered the commercial market on September 6, 2026. Buyers can now choose from over 30 complete ritual kits and more than 70 individual items for everyday spiritual needs. These traditional items are actively selling on Amazon, Flipkart, and Zepto. Future plans include expanding to additional digital storefronts and taking this Indian tradition to global consumers. Puja expresses immense pride in utilizing her management background to build this company. Her ultimate objective involves taking Tattva to international households while staying connected to her cultural roots.
