BHUBANESWAR:  A vibrant celebration of women's entrepreneurship and a reaffirmation of skill development initiatives took center stage at the "UDYOG URJA 2025" event, held on Feb 28th at Crystal Crown. Organized by Prameya News Seven, SOA (Siksha O Anusandhan) and Summa Real Media Pvt Ltd, the fourth eition of the event,commenced at 4:00 PM and showcased the achievements of women in various industries.

The event was under title sponsorship of KHIMJI, the celebration was powered by Freedom. Falcon Group acted as the co-powered company. The event special partner being Odisha Tourism and Dept of Culture-Govt of Odisha.

The event featured a confluence of prominent figures from government, industry, and media. Shri Sampad Chandra Swain, Hon'ble Minister for Industries, Skill Development & Technical Education, Government of Odisha, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. His presence underscored the government's commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and empowering women across the state.

The felicitation ceremony was conducted by Shri Sunil Kumar Das, CEO, SRMPL, with the keynote address given by Shri Himanshu Hota, Gr. Director, Prameya & News7. The awards felicitated by Smt Saswati Das, Director SRMPL and Shri Sampad Chandra Swain, Hon’ble Minister for Industries, Skill Development and Technical Education.

• Award Ceremony: The core of the event was an awards ceremony recognizing outstanding achievements by women entrepreneurs in diverse fields. Award sets honoured Ms. Salina Samal, Ms. Shailja Rout, Ms. Sangita Panda, Ms. Uma Agrawal, Ms. Manju Devi Bagadia, and Ms. L. Soujanya from Award Set 1. Award Set 2 was received by Ms. S.N. Millenium and Ms. Chanchal Agrawal. Award set 3 was received by Ms Ruchika Khurana, Ms Sunita Mohanty, Ms Ananya Mishra, Ms. Surraiya Rahman. Award set 4 was awarded to Ms Yamuna Swain, Ms. Debjani Sahu, Ms. Sanjukta Panda, Ms. Lata Mundra, Ms Lakhi Swain and Ms. Suryamayee Mohapatra.

• Industry Insights: The event incorporated speeches and panel discussions featuring industry leaders who shared their experiences and insights on navigating the challenges and opportunities in the entrepreneurial landscape.
• Cultural Programs: The event also featured Instrumental Music, performed by Rudra & Team, acting as both the opening act and an entertaining interlude.
• Networking Opportunities: UDYOG URJA 2025 served as a valuable platform for women entrepreneurs to connect with potential investors, mentors, and collaborators.
