Bhubaneswar, March 13: Odisha government is all set to launch a flagship housing scheme‘Antyodaya Gruha Yojna’ for the underprivileged beneficiaries.
The Antyodaya Gruha Yojna will be kickstarted from the Kalahandi district by the Chief Minister on March 30, said Panchayati Raj Minister Rabi Narayan Naik on Thursday.
Underlining the advantageous housing scheme, Naik said that the schem will benefit at least 50,000 individuals, including differently-abled, widows, and people suffering from serious ailments.
In addition to these groups, families of martyrs and Padma Shree awardees are also eligible to apply for the scheme, the Minister added.
