Bhubaneswar, January 14: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a warning for dense fog in parts of Kalahandi, Kandhamal, and Bhadrak districts, with conditions expected to persist until Thursday.

 A ‘Yellow’ alert has been declared for these regions.

In addition, shallow to moderate fog is forecasted for Jharsuguda, Keonjhar, Sambalpur, Sundargarh, Cuttack, Khordha, Puri, Ganjam, and Gajapati districts over the next four days, continuing through Friday morning.

The IMD also noted that dry weather conditions are likely to remain across the state until Tuesday morning.
