Mathematics is scheduled for March 9, Economics for March 16 and Business Studies for April 1. The examination schedule will conclude with Retail and Web Applications on April 9.

The Board said the date sheets had been prepared after considering several factors, including adequate gaps between examinations of commonly offered subjects, tentative schedules of major entrance examinations for Class 12 students and the availability of teachers for examination duties.

The Board also factored in more than 40,000 subject combinations while preparing the schedules to ensure that students were not required to appear for two examinations on the same day.

The date sheets have been released 101 days ahead of the commencement of examinations. According to CBSE, the early announcement will allow students to plan their preparation and revision schedules, while schools will get sufficient time to organise examination-related arrangements and academic activities.

As per the Board, over 26.5 lakh students in Class 10 and more than 19.18 lakh students in Class 12 have registered for the 2027 board examinations. The examinations will cover 83 subjects in Class 10 and 121 subjects in Class 12.

The date sheets are available on the official CBSE website, www.cbse.gov.in.
