Bhubaneswar, September 9: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Tuesday extended his congratulations to Maharashtra Governor C.P. Radhakrishnan on being elected as the new Vice President of India.

In a message on X, Majhi hailed Radhakrishnan’s “vast public life, rich administrative experience and deep commitment to democratic values,” expressing confidence that these qualities would strengthen the dignity and functioning of Parliament.

The Chief Minister wished him success in his new role, adding that Radhakrishnan’s elevation would inspire citizens across the nation.
