According to the complainant, Udit gave her a soft drink that was mixed with some intoxicating substance. After drinking it, she felt dizzy and asked her friends to take her home. Soon after, she lost consciousness.

When she woke up, she realized that Udit had raped her. When she confronted him, he threatened her with serious consequences if she told anyone.

At first, the girl stayed silent out of fear. But after some time, she gathered the courage to file a complaint at the Mancheswar police station. Following the FIR, police arrested Udit last night.
