Delhi, June 11: A massive fire broke out on the fourth floor of a paying guest (PG) accommodation located in the Kedar Building in the Subzi Mandi area on Thursday.

On being informed, fire services wings rushed to the spot to contain the fire.

Fire tenders are present at the scene whereas dousing operation is yet underway.

With the tragic Malviya Nagar fire that claimed at least 23 lives, Delhi government issued stricter directions to the institutions to strengthen fire security measures in their facilities. However, fire mishaps in the national capital take no pause, rather they are on the rise.
