Bhubaneswar, Sept 25: The Odisha government on Thursday effected a major reshuffle in the Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) officers.

Chinmaya Kumar Acharya has been posted as GM of Odisha State Medical Corporation(OSMC), and Ashok Kumar Das as Deputy Commissioner of BMC, Bhubaneswar.

According to a notification issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance Department, Sibo Narayan Sahu has been appointed as Special Secretary to Government in the Parliamentary Affairs Department.

Monalisa Lenka has been posted as Deputy Director General (Administration) at Gopabandhu Academy of Administration, while Sashank Sekhar Dash has been shifted to the Health and Family Welfare Department as Additional Secretary.

Apart from it, the government revoked some earlier postings of some officers wherein Soojata Mesra was ordered to continue as Special Secretary in the ST & SC Development and M&BCW Department while Prafulla Kumar Swain would work as Additional Secretary in CMGC.

 Similarly, Sanjay Kumar Pratihari will continue as Land Officer, IDCO, with his earlier posting as Additional IG of Prisons cancelled.

Similarly, Dharitri Mishra will retain her role in the Co-operation Department, Mamata Rani Naik being moved to the Housing and Urban Development Department, and Dharmendra Mallik appointed as General Manager of OTDC on Foreign Service terms.
