Hyderabad, April 5: Strengthening judicial infrastructure is not a matter of choice but a critical necessity, emphasized Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant on Sunday.
In his address at the foundation stone-laying ceremony for Telangana High Court Zone II—which includes residential accommodations for judges and the Chief Justice—Justice Kant highlighted that when both the judiciary and executive work in tandem, the essence of the Constitution is truly realized.
"The growing momentum across the country fills me with immense confidence," Justice Kant remarked. "Over the past few months, I have had the privilege of inaugurating the foundation stones for judicial court complexes in Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh
