Cuttack, March 31: In an unprecedented incident, a sudden fire broke out in front of the Orissa High Court in the Cuttack City on Tuesday that gutted 

at least 5 vehicles, including four-wheelers and two-wheelers parked there.

According to reports, the blaze engulfed a Scorpio SUV, two scooters, and an electric vehicle, parked beside the Orissa High Court Campus in the day. As the massive fire spread, some of  the vehicles turned into complete ashes within no time, before the fire services wings reached the spot.

Officials confirmed that one Scorpio, two scooters, and an EV were completely gutted severely in the flame damaging some bikes parked near the scene.

Though the precise reason behind the fire is yet under investigation, onlookers' accounts reveal that it’s the act of a miscreant who deliberately set the vehicles on fire wreaking panic in the estate.

Police investigation is underway to unveil the mystery behind the mishap.
