Delhi, May 2: Amid the ongoing controversy surrounding CBSE's digital evaluation system, the Centre has transferred the Board's Chairman and Secretary on Tuesday.
The Center has also ordered an inquiry into the procurement of On-Screen Marking (OSM) services.
The move comes after weeks of scrutiny over CBSE's evaluation and post-result processes, which sparked concerns among students, parents and teachers across the country.
CBSE Chairman Rahul Singh, was heading the Board's overall functioning and examination reforms, and Secretary Himanshu Gupta, was overseeing administration, finance and affiliations.
