Balasore, Oct 8: Honey-girl Archana Nag who was arrested on the charges of blackmailing prominent persons on Friday was found living a lavish life in Bhubaneswar. On the other hand, her in-laws live a very common life in the Balasore district. As the Prameya News7 discovered on Saturday, Archana’s spouse Jagabandhu Chand hails from the Baunshabani village under the Jaleswar block limit. Jagabandhu’s father Shashank Chand is a farmer while his elder brother Baikuntha is a contractual worker with a private firm. Their residence and living styles are as simple as those of a poor family. {"id":218307,"width":837,"height":474,"sizeSlug":"full","linkDestination":"none"} Jagabandhu who had left the village in search of employment used to live in Bhubaneswar. Meanwhile, he fell in love with the alleged honeybee Archana and later married her. Since then he was staying in Bhubaneswar with his wife and son. However, he was visiting the village on special occasions riding costly cars, said locals. Police sources said that a team was scheduled to visit Archana’s in-law’s house in order to ascertain the roots of honey trapping. However, the normal lifestyle of the farm-based family might have no relation with that of their daughter-in-law, said a few natives requesting anonymity.
