Puri, Nov 11:  Devotees made a beeline for darshan at Puri Srimandir for darshan of Harihara Besha of Lord Balabhadra today.

Lord Balabhadra is adorned in garments that are half white and half black, embellished with 32 exquisite golden ornaments.

Following the customary observances, Lord Balabhadra has been beautifully dressed in the Harihara ensemble, which symbolizes the spiritual unity of Hari (Vishnu) and Hara (Shiva).

The ritual of dressing him in the Harihara attire occurs between the auspicious day of Kartika month’s Deepawali Amavasya and Sukla Dashami, specifically falling on a Monday this year.
